The practice is a partnership situated on the northern outskirts of Norwich with a current list size of around 8,500 patients. We operate from a single site and provide general medical services for the geographical area of Old Catton and parts of Spixworth, Sprowston, Hellesdon and northern Norwich. We are currently a three-doctor partnership supported by a team including other doctors, advanced nurse practitioners, women’s health specialist, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, mental health nurses, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, practice manager, assistant practice manager, reception manager, patient services manager and administration staff. Attached to the practice we have a range of visiting clinicians including district nurses, a midwife, smoking cessation adviser and a health visitor. We are a teaching practice.
Ours is a purpose built surgery, that opened in 1987, with the benefit of two extensions in 1995 and 1998 to provide additional clinical and staff accommodation. There is access to the practice for disabled patients with allocated parking spaces close to the entrance from our on-site car parking facilities.
