Forgetting to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it prevents someone else from being seen.
There are multiple ways to cancel your appointment, including sending a message via the website, emailing us on nwicb.ocmp@nhs.net or phoning 01603 415519.
- February 2025 – we had 88 unattended appointments, totalling over 24 hours.
- January 2025 – we had 118 unattended appointments, totalling over 30 hours.
- December 2024 – we had 78 unattended appointments, totalling over 23 hours.
- November 2024 – we had 91 unattended appointments, totalling over 26 hours.
- October 2024 – we had 110 unattended appointments, totalling over 29 hours.
- September 2024 – we had 93 unattended appointments, totalling over 25 hours.
- August 2024 – we had 83 unattended appointments, totalling over 22 hours.
- July 2024 – we had 122 unattended appointments, totalling over 32 hours.
- June 2024 – we had 83 unattended appointments, totalling over 22 hours.
- May 2024 – we had 108 unattended appointments, totalling over 29 hours.
- April 2024 – we had 98 unattended appointments, totalling over 27 hours.
- March 2024 – we had 86 unattended appointments, totalling over 25 hours.
