Forgetting to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it prevents someone else from being seen.

There are multiple ways to cancel your appointment, including sending a message via the website, emailing us on nwicb.ocmp@nhs.net or phoning 01603 415519.

• October 2024 – we had 110 unattended appointments, totalling over 29 hours.
• September 2024 – we had 93 unattended appointments, totalling over 25 hours.
• August 2024 – we had 83 unattended appointments, totalling over 22 hours.
• July 2024 – we had 122 unattended appointments, totalling over 32 hours.
• June 2024 – we had 83 unattended appointments, totalling over 22 hours.
• May 2024 – we had 108 unattended appointments, totalling over 29 hours.
• April 2024 – we had 98 unattended appointments, totalling over 27 hours.
• March 2024 – we had 86 unattended appointments, totalling over 25 hours.
